Machete Murders – University lecturers, minority groups, secular bloggers, religious groups, westerners and now gay activists!

IMG_2118

Two men, including an editor of Bangladesh’s only LGBT magazine, have been hacked to death by suspected Islamist extremists.

The shouted Alahu Akbar. The seven murderers then tricked their way in. They then callously hacked to death the two men with machetes.

This is now what they do in the name of Islam.

They train young children to put on suicide vests filled with nails, screws and ball-bearings.

They rape young girls as young as nine years old.

They murder people in the cruellest most barbaric way they can devise.

They take sex slaves.

They crow on the internet about the inhuman acts of throwing people off buildings, crucifying people, beheading them publically, burning them alive, drowning them, raping, pillaging and torturing.

They show no mercy or remorse.

They believe they are acting in god’s name.

No god would ever sanction the evil these men are doing.

Their victims are bloggers, secular advocates, apostates, Shia, Yazedi, gays, and anyone who does not believe their intolerant evil doctrine.

So what is Bangladesh doing about it? What is Pakistan doing about it? What is Nigeria doing about it?

Are they hunting down these scum?

Bangladesh English Literature Professor hacked to death by religious extremists.

Rezaul Karim Siddique, 58, was a professor of English at Rajshahi University. He was hacked to death on the streets on the way home with machetes. His crime – setting up a school.

This follows similar attacks on religious minorities and secular figures.

Bloggers who have stated they have no religion have been hacked to death.

People who have turned their back on Islam have been hacked to death.

People who belong to Ahmadi, Sufi or Shia sects of Islam have been brutally killed.

Westerners, Hindus, and Christians have been killed.

Are we looking at a new age of medieval barbarity? Is Bangladesh and Pakistan falling back into uncivilised ruin?

It is time the governments hunted down these sick individuals and eradicated them. There is no room in a civilised world for such disgusting animals.

There is justice!! – Radovan Karadzic jailed for Bosnia war Srebrenica genocide

karadzic

The United Nations does have teeth!

Every killer, tyrant and barbaric thug around the world should no that there is justice and the world will bring them to justice. They will be hunted down and sentenced.

Nobody who has committed crimes against humanity can now feel safe.

Eighty criminals have been brought to justice! Karadzic has been given 40 years! He will rightly die in jail!

HURRAY FOR JUSTICE!!  HURRAY FOR THE UNITED NATIONS!!!

Now let us start to look to bring all the ISIS scum to justice and clean the planet up!!

Boko Haram, the Taliban, and all the other rapists, torturers and murderers who practice genocide and think they are immune will pay the price.

A clear message has been sent out to all who commit war crimes! YOU WILL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE!!!

The savagery of ISIS is mainly aimed at other Muslims. An article from Vox Political

This article was published on Vox Political.

It highlights what is going on as ISIS wages its ideological war against the world. Its barbarism is not only targeting the west; they are blowing up other Muslims at a far greater rate.

Why doesn’t our media make as much fuss about that. Are lives in Turkey and Iraq worth less?

It makes you think.

Why aren’t we hearing the Muslim voices raised in outrage at what they are doing? Or is that not being highlighted too?

What are your views?

Why concentrate on Brussels? Daesh killings of Muslims far outnumber attacks on the West

Sympathy for Brussels while Turkey gets kicked away. While the West may have issues with the Turkish government, why should that country's people be denied our compassion?

Sympathy for Brussels while Turkey gets kicked away. While the West may have issues with the Turkish government, why should that country’s people be denied our compassion?

Here’s a simple observation in the name of balance.

160324DaeshAttacks

One person who won’t understand is the racists who tweeted that he “confronted” a Muslim on the streets and demanded that they justify the Brussels attack. When told “It’s nothing to do with me” he tweeted: “Typical mealy mouthed response.”

On Twitter, that’s like waving a red rag in front of a bull, of course.

The point is, if we can deplore casual racism on Twitter, we should also demand that our news media report the full story of Daesh terrorism, rather than a skewed narrative that encourages such sectarianism.

Agreed?

Brussels – All you need is love

IMG_1068

It seems an age ago that we back in the sixties and there was hope.

The world was not a place of butchery and hatred where young people were willing to blow themselves to pieces.

Love was the message.

Young people trekked out across the planet exporting their smiles. Friendship and sharing were the mantra, equality and freedom was the ethos.

The only blot on the landscape was the war in Vietnam.

That world seems so innocent now. But it was love that made it possible. If you meet someone as an equal with a smile and respect you make contact.

Somehow the radicalised young Muslims have been talked into hatred. They feel ostracised from society and have grown to despise it. Gone are the days that all the world wore flares. We are fractured.

It is time to heal.

You do not cure hatred with more hate.

The Beatles have been rather neglected and denigrated of late. They were the greatest band ever because of their genius and adventurousness. They were at the forefront of the sixties culture and they had a knack of summing things up.

All You Need Is Love

Love, love, love
Love, love, love
Love, love, love

There’s nothing you can do that can’t be done
Nothing you can sing that can’t be sung
Nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game
It’s easy

Nothing you can make that can’t be made
No one you can save that can’t be saved
Nothing you can do but you can learn how to be you in time
It’s easy

All you need is love
All you need is love
All you need is love, love
Love is all you need

Love, love, love
Love, love, love
Love, love, love

All you need is love
All you need is love
All you need is love, love
Love is all you need

Nothing you can know that isn’t known
Nothing you can see that isn’t shown
Nowhere you can be that isn’t where you’re meant to be
It’s easy

All you need is love
All you need is love
All you need is love, love
Love is all you need

ISIS Savages in Belgium

P1050693 P1050689 P1050690

Once again the twisted fundamentalist ideology has created terror. Religious fundamentalists from the Dark Ages wage their senseless war against the twenty first century.

They want to take us back in time to the intolerant cruelty of a thousand three hundred years ago.

They believe they are doing god’s will.

They are indoctrinated fools.

They believe they will wake up in heaven as holy martyrs. They are mistaken. They will never wake up. All they have achieved is to waste life.

Life is precious.

I affirm life not death. Their doctrine is disgusting. It should be opposed by every means possible. Fundamentalism, in whatever form, is a disease.

Kenyan Muslims Protect Christians from al-Shabaab

Kenyan Patriot

This is how it must be done. Hatred breeds hatred. Violence breeds violence. No god would condone the evil done in his name.

Poetry – Bred on Hatred – A poem about fundamentalism.

Bred on Hatred

Following the Paris atrocities it is quite apparent that we live in a different world. The fundamentalists declare a caliphate. They wish to impose medieval customs from the seventh century on the world. They believe that every word in the Qur’an is the literal word of god. They want Sharia law. They want to kill all apostates. An apostate is anyone who rejects the absolute word of Mohamed. This includes millions of Shia and Azidis.

They select their texts.

They claim Islam is under attack which justifies the application of these texts.

They claim that the Qur’an specifically justifies the murder, rape of young girls and torture. It is god’s will.

You cannot argue with an indoctrinated fanatic. They are not sane.

I say that any god who sanctions such things is unfit for office.

The hatred and indoctrination continue apace. The insanity of fundamentalist religion is the biggest evil we have invented (Christian, Jew, Hindu, Muslim – I make no distinction).

To bring up children to hate or fear is abuse.

Bred on Hatred

Bred on hatred.

Bred on lies –

Paradise and virgins

Pie in the sky.

Defending dogma –

Attacking the world –

Psychotic death wish –

Insane senselessness.

Merciless, heartless,

Callous, cruel,

Inhuman, subhuman,

In the name of god?

Intolerance, bigotry,

Unspeakable crimes

Nazi, fascist thugs –

Today nothing rhymes.

Rape, torture,

Attack on humanity.

Not even twisted ideology

Just tribal savagery.

Bred on hatred.

Bred on lies –

Paradise and virgins

Pie in the sky.

Poetry – Music is no good – a poem about freedom

IMG_0501

Music is no good

I am happy if anyone else wants to live in the seventh century. I am happy for them to live in whatever costume they like and to apply their own laws as long as I am free to have my say, and that they don’t indoctrinate children, or practice inequality and intolerance.

I despise the blind hatred and psychopathy that is fundamentalism.

I want to live in peace and harmony without constraint.

If there was a god who sanctioned rape, torture and ritual slaughter then I would be forced to oppose him.

This universe is too awesome to have been created by a psychopathic deity.

I love this world – its colour, life and beauty. I love literature, art, poetry, dance, drama and music. I love diversity, love, friendship and fun. I am an individual. I will not be bound, shackled or made to follow any doctrine not of my choice.

I love life.

I do not love death.

Music is no good

Music is no good

Science is no good

Thinking is no good

What is wrong with being free?

Women are no good

Freedom is no good

Dance is no good

What is wrong with freedom?

Film is no good

Other religion is no good

Fun is no good

I will fight to be free.

Love is no good

Individuality is no good

TV is no good

Freedom is a cherished belief.

When good is no good there is a cause.

I am Malala – Education for girls!!!

I have just returned from watching the film about the life of Malala Yousafzai. What a brave girl! She deserved the Nobel peace prize! Her father did too!

The Taliban preach a brand of Islam that I find disgusting. They preach intolerance, fundamentalism that is the most extreme fascism.

Islam means peace. For the Taliban it means power. They rule with the gun and the bomb. They believe females are second-class citizens. They shoot all who speak against them. They blow up schools. They terrify and frighten.

That is not religion. That is politics.

They are scum.

Malala, like her father, spoke up for the rights of women. The Taliban threatened them. She was cold-bloodedly shot in the head.

Is there a name for an armed man who shoots a young teenage girl in the head? I can think of a number. Coward comes to mind as one of the more printable ones.

If we do not speak out against inequality, intolerance and injustice then the fascist scum win.

It takes brave people like Malala to stand up to fascist thugs.

My only criticism was her clothing. While her father and brother were free to wear whatever they wanted seemingly Malala was not. She was consigned to medieval costume. Nice if its an option – obnoxious if it is enforced, expected or pressured. Until she is free to wear whatever she wants and feels comfortable to do so – like the males in her society – there is no equality. I see headscarves, burqas and hijabs as misogyny.

Thank you Malala. I’m now going to read your book.

I loved what you said about education – one teacher – one pen – is mightier than all the oppressive doctrine of fascist scum.

The Taliban, A Qaeda, Boko Haram and the rest of the scum are more terrified of education than they are of bullets and bombs. Education enables people to ask questions. No tyranny or religious dogma can survive in the face of questions.

Educating girls will make the world a better place!
