So all you politicians, bankers and wealthy crew
Who haven’t paid attention to what we say and do –
Making everybody pay for your selfishness and greed
You should have listened up! You should have paid some heed!
The wrong people have been punished for the sins of the rich
They should have all been locked up for crashing in this ditch.
But they’re still necking champagne without a single care
While we are floundering around – it simply isn’t fair!
The fury it is rising and will come to fall on you!
You greedy politicians, bankers and wealthy crew!
There will come a time when you’ll get what you deserve!
The axe will fall upon your necks – applied without reserve!

All this anger is still flooding around. The greedy elite, who are running things for their own ends, are quite happy that Brexit is obfuscating their dirty deeds. Their pay and profits goes on a pace and the tax loopholes protect their grotesque ill-gotten gains. Instead of paying taxes like the rest of us morons they are squirrelling it off-shore.
One day everyone will have had enough!
A strange day – quite warm but started cloudy. The afternoon was gorgeous though!!
I’ve been working in the garden and reading – quite a laid-back day!! In the afternoon I walked up my hill. The bloody council have been at it again mowing all the verges and destroying the plants and habitat. Morons!! It really pisses me off!! To morrow I will have another ring and rant!!
I had to have a rant at the power suppliers again today! They are hopeless!!
This morning I was in contact with an American friend telling me about the drought, incredibly high temperatures and massive bushfire. Then friends from Australia did a whatsapp phone call and we talked about the terrible bushfires, temperatures and droughts that were ravaging Australia. It’s the same story in Africa.
The world’s in a mess. Global warming is already causing havoc.
Even so there is the petrochemical industry pouring out propaganda and fools lapping it up. Capitalism loves fossil fuels. They’ve made billions out of it and, like a baby refusing weaning, can’t get their heads around what needs to happen!!
The good news is that finally the sleaze, corruption and lies are beginning to break through with the British public. The bubble is bursting for Boris Johnson. His approval ratings are in free fall and the gap is narrowing!! Perhaps people are waking up to what a twat he is!!
I think the racist shit is cutting through. Most people are not racist. They don’t like our black footballers being abused. They don’t like to see politicians encouraging abuse. Fortunately Britain is not quite like the USA and Trumpian nationalistic jingoism doesn’t quite work the same. Populism backfires. Boris thought he was on a winner.
This bunch of nasty populist fascists are in for a fall!! Their arrogance and complacency will be their downfall. They think we are all gullible idiots. Many of us aren’t.
Not only are they out of touch with the racism but they are out of touch with Covid too! The majority think it is too early to be opening up!! They are scared!! And rightly so!
I was immensely happy to see Bolsonaro hospitalised with hiccups (possible a result of his stabbing – shame he survived it!). I hope it proves to be something terminal!! Can you die of hiccups? I hope so! This is yet another populist twat – in the mold of Trump and Johnson – who is buggering up the world. What he has done to the Amazon rainforest is inexcusable. I wonder how many billion he has squirrelled away? The sell the world for wealthy and power.
Back home we have another of Johnson’s ludicrous vanity projects in the limelight. He wasted £900,000 on a paintjob for the Brexit jet that has only been used once.
then we have Anna Soubry saying that that these Tories are nothing like old Tories. They are Brexiteers, extremists. All the sensible ones have been kicked out of the party.
Even Thatcher would have appeared left-wing compared to this nasty mob.
I notice that the Tories have cancelled the reception at Downing Street. They didn’t want those bolshie footballers having a pop at the atrocious way the Tory shits have been behaving. Supporting booing, gesture politics, what a bunch of bastards.
Meanwhile, out in Coronaland, the fiasco deepens. Johnson thought he was on a winner giving everyone back their freedom! It’s backfired badly!! The Indian variant that the stupid bastard allowed into the country is on the rampage. The third wave is progressing as steeply as the second. There were nearly 50,000 new cases today!! It’s entirely the wrong time to be relaxing all the rules. Hospital cases are rising, deaths are rising and people are scared. Most people do not want to go inside with people not wearing masks. They don’t feel safe! Not only that but their kids are not vaccinated and are now at risk. They might not die but long covid is a real possibility. They fear for their kids. Then there are the 3.8 million vulnerable people with cancers and immune disorders, asthma and respiratory problems. This is another prison sentence for them. Far from Freedom day – this is imprisonment for millions!
I see that the premier league is bringing in Covid passports. The vaccinated will soon live in another world. They’ll be free to travel, go to gigs and go to sporting events while the unvaccinated cower at home.
Then there is the breeding ground for new variants…………………….

You would think they would have learnt – but they seem to repeat the same mistakes over and over. All around the world the story is the same – countries that opened up – Israel, South Korea, and USA are suffering big surges and have had to bring back masks and distancing! This pandemic has not gone away! We only have 55% of the population vaccinated. The virus has millions to work on. Even countries like Israel, who have had a bigger proportion vaccinated, are suffering!!
Then we have all those pings! 500,000 pings in one week. Millions self-isolating!
We are still in the middle of this nightmare!! The sooner we get competent people in charge the better!!

Anna Soubry, a former Tory Minister and not one of my favourite people in the world last night, on Newsnight, summed up my feelings about this bunch of Populist extremists.
This is not the Tory Party as we all knew it (obnoxious as they always were); this is something much worse.
This is a Populist government based on Trumpian principles.
This is the Brexit Party under another guise. The ERG are a bunch of extreme nationalists and Johnson, the clowning buffoon, is really a devious self-serving opportunist.
They are using the same tactics as Trump – appeal to the worst aspects of the working classes – their xenophobia and racism; stoke it up with phony patriotism and bring out the most extreme nationalism. Like Trump – divide and conquer!
Hear what Soubry had to say about this bunch of extremists in the Express of all places:

When our leadership behaves disgustingly, encouraging racist attitudes with language such as ‘picaninnies, water-melon smiles, letter boxes’, encouraging booing of England players or calling their taking the knee against racism ‘gesture politics’, it is no wonder that the yobs and racists crawl out from under their rocks to cause trouble.
As Gareth Southgate says – ‘It comes from the top!’.
The populist message from this bunch of swaggering Brexiteering Tories is one of division, racism, xenophobia and rampant nationalism.
This is not the Tory Party of old. This bunch of ERG extremists have lurched over to take the ground from the old National Front and British Movement.
Even Anna Soubry, a former Tory Minister, says that this Johnson Party is unrecognisable and is really the Brexit Party now; that they base their approach on Trump and populism. Her Newsnight appearance summed it up.
Johnson and the ERG are a thorough disgrace!
They hypocritically stir up racism and then pretend to condemn it!
But these yobs are really the very people they are appealing to, inciting and empowering.

There’s a big hole where all our money went. It’s a big hole created by reckless greed. It’s a big hole dug out with bonuses and fat-cat pay packets. It’s a big hole that they are filling in with nurses, teachers, police, soldiers, social workers and the down and out!
I know what I’d like to shove in that hole!
Floundering in the Wake
We flounder in their wake from this austerity
Inflicted by politicians on you and them and me –
Except for all the bankers immune to the disease
Still necking back the champagne and living lives of ease.
We’re all in this together – except the one percent!
They’re a law unto themselves for which we all lament.
One day we will rise up and depose them from their thrones –
The greedy and the selfish who can’t hear people’s moans.
They are the ones who cause this misery
Grabbing all the wealth from her, and you and me!
In the midst of this madness with the destruction of our schools
The politicians party and treat us all like fools.
They’re still necking back their champagne and driving in their cars
Selling subprime mortgages from here to there to Mars.
They do not give a damn if the people cannot pay
As long as they have their fat bonuses to keep their blues at bay.
They have their private services to provide an ample buffer
And when it all goes tits up they know it’s not them who’ll suffer!

It irks me that the politicians decided who should pay for the crash they created – not them who deregulated and gave the bankers freedom to go mad, not the bankers who created the crash with their greed, not the top 1% who benefitted from the bonanza, but us – the innocent ordinary people. We are the ones to pay. Our pay is slashed and frozen, our pensions are reduced, our public services are decimated with cuts – because the country cannot afford it. But we can afford the fat bonuses for the wealthy, tax cuts for the wealthy and big corporations; we can afford big wage increases in the boardrooms and we still do not address the massive tax evasion schemes, or to force the huge megacompanies like Amazon to pay their fair share.
There is one rule for the rich and quite another for us, so the inequality gap opens into a yawning chasm and is filled with lies. Meanwhile, hidden behind the shroud of Brexit, the country falls apart, public services decay, people go hungry, law and order breaks down. But safe behind their gated communities, with their private healthcare and education, the elite are immune.
What is Woke Culture?
It comes from American slang:
Alert to injustice in society, especially racism. “we need to stay angry, and stay woke“
Well I’m totally opposed to racism!
I’m also totally opposed to injustice in our society. I stand for equality, a level playing field and freedom.
I can see that our system is unjust. It rewards a small minority out of all proportion and punishes a large majority for no fault of their own. I believe that needs addressing.
If you are slaving just to exist and have no money you cannot access the same privileges as others.
There is one rule for one and one rule for another!
This applies to the justice system, education, work and most other areas of society.
I want a playing field that is much more level!
I WOKE to this gross injustice long ago.
I can see why the Tories take such an intense dislike of the Woke Movement. They stand for injustice and inequality. They set up the system that favours them! The last thing they want is equality and justice. You just have to look at the absurd massive contracts given out to cronies to see that!
They use the media to vilify the idea of Woke, to belittle it.
Tories think they are an elite that is above the law and entitled to privilege. That’s why they stink!!
