My Book, Surreal, Sixties – Part 2 – Chapter 11 Poem – I Am

This is it – the final section – a poem of the I Am variety. This is the finale of Reality Dreams – Book 1.

11.

I am your healing waters

I am your warning fires

I am the green that smiles

I am the flesh that feeds

In some things I am more apparent

I am as swift as thought

I am as far reaching as gravity

I am as silent as a dark night

I am as deadly as opinion

Could I be the only reality?

I am a call on the wind

I am a voice in the dark

I am a tug on the sleeve

I am the wise man’s dream

Find me in the centre of the sun

I am the vision of the toadstool

I am the dream of the pipe

I am the insight of silence

I am the orgasm of the night

Far from the madness of the city

My Book of Weird Sixties Surreal – Part 2 Chapter 10

Well this is the penultimate chapter. All that is left is one the final poem.

This was a strange one. There is no god – only mind – only a universal mind – an artist who painted with universes. Each universe painted in dreams, with dreams. All we are is the fabric of dreams. We are reality dreams.

10.

Not stretching, not reaching, just existing. The universe was not just a single entity in the flux of space. Time plays tricks creating infinite variety within the one. Time was lengthened and shortened in an endless series of dimensions. They all coexisted at the same point in space. In one dimension a hundred years was a fleeting second. It was because of these distortions of time that they were all separated. There was an infinite variety of infinite space and time.

Each dimension represented an empty canvas for the artist’s hand to decorate.

The artist lived and sketched for pleasure and not for gain or recognition. He created a picture that would endure using the tools stored in his memory. It was his life’s work to create. Creation was a necessity. Life would be unthinkable with the possibility of masterly change and the striving towards an elusive perfection.

Mind travelled the ether at will, seizing nothing and moulding it into shape and form. Worlds and whole universes were formed instantly. He had perfected his craft.

Mind always chose a few particular worlds to concentrate on populating. For some obscure reason all these intelligent beings seemed to believe the whole universe was created for their benefit. It was amusing. Mind found it quite endearing. He could not imagine why they would seek to idolise him and worship him when they were all of the same material – an illusion – a dream – a dream within a dream within a dream.

Mind moved between his worlds enjoying the way things evolved. There was excitement at the way the creations matured and progressed, but as with all things the excitement dimmed. He moved on to a new inspiration. Sometimes the creatures destroyed the very thing they lived off and laid waste to all the rest of the creation – that upset him. Occasionally he would sweep them aside and create a replacement. Some imperfections grew into irritations with their pompous arrogance and became exceedingly annoying. They did not develop as he had hoped.

But an artist is rarely satisfied. No canvas is ever completed – merely abandoned.

When it became depressing he moved on quickly but occasionally he would introduce a new element into the theme to jazz things up and pour life into a stale or rancid construction.

Back through countless dimensions mind’s past endeavours spun and buzzed and changed as they progressed through their respective ages. Occasionally he would flick through these exhibitions of his work as one might a picture book. He always noted, and often enjoyed, the subtle changes that had occurred as his basic plans were developed. Sometimes there were great changes to the aspects of his dreams that were enthralling. They never ceased to fill him with fresh inspiration. They often threw him into a fresh burst of activity and prevented any lapse into apathy and boredom that he so often had to endure.

Mind, like everybody else, had favourites that he would often return to. He would delight in throwing in a new detail and take delight in the confusion and chaos that his visits invariably left in their wake. Occasionally he would imagine himself up an avatar to join and participate. He would wander and live among the crowds and taste the life his thoughts had created. Then there were others that left him less interested, that he tended to abandon to wander through their existence and degenerate.

In this latest creation he felt great empathy. He had brought so many different elements together to create something unique. He had created it without too much thought. It had been one of those spontaneous moments where consciousness did not intrude and the creativity flowed effortlessly. He had frustratedly abandoned his last creation and this had come about in some reflex stroke of creation. Somehow the lack of conscious thought seemed to have resulted in a masterpiece. He could feel the electricity run through his mental faculties. He was wondrously happy.

My Surreal Sixties Weird Book – Part 2 – Chapter 9 – Happy/Sad

This was a strange one. Reality dreams and we are those dreams. Each day a new world, a new life with new memories? Or always the same?

All we can do is live it to the full and not waste a single second.

9.

The day had been exceedingly boring. Nothing had happened at all. It was a day empty of content, devoid of interest and lacking in excitement.

Messny drifted through the hours moping about lethargically. There was nothing to disturb his apathy or capture his attention. He felt tired and mentally jaded and could think of nothing to motivate himself, to stimulate him into snapping out of his morose state. By evening he was thoroughly depressed without a clue of how he could dig himself out of this rut. There was nowhere he wanted to go, nothing he wanted to do and nobody he wanted to see. It was just one of those dreary miserable days that you wanted to crawl off into a cocoon and wait for it to end.

He sulkily flicked through the channels on the TV but, as predicted, there was nothing worth watching.

At last he gave in and went to bed where he lay staring up at the ceiling for ages before finally dropping off to sleep.

It was a rebirth.

As soon as his mind switched off it switched on.

He woke to a beautiful day. The morning was bright and sunny as was his disposition. Cheerily he jumped out of bed. There was far too much to do to waste time lazing around. He’d never fit it in. life was such a rush. There was never enough time.

Bathroom, dressing and breakfast were attacked with haste. He could not wait. There was a whole day to fill with delight – places to go, people to meet, things to talk about, friends to spent time with, things to create, flavours, colours and sounds to relish, films to watch, books to read, books to write and games to be played – so much pleasure to pack into the excitement of another day.

My Weird Sixties Surreal Book – Part 2 – Chapter 7 – Poetry – Iam reality.

I sometimes find this hard to believe that I was twenty when I wrote this. Each line is a poem to mediate on. It was designed to have ambiguity in that there were multiple meanings contained within the arrangements of the words.

I’m enjoying it.

8.

I am that you take seriously

I am that you fail to understand

I am the perplexity in your order

I am concealed from your eyes

You leave me for illusion

I am a raging torrent

I am a stormy wind

I am the echo of a warning

I am the sacrifice you make

Before me is nothing

I am that you cannot learn

I am that you cannot remember

I am only experienced

I am only discovered

Once known never forgotten

I am never beginning

I am never ending

I am the moment

I am lost in the hour

In me all things dwell

I am beyond analysis

I am always whole

I have no fractions

I have no parts

In me all things flow

I am that which I am

I have no components

I am in constant germination of myself

I feel you as an unborn foetus

You are not of me

I am your reality

I am your illusion

I am within and without

I am ignored yet always studied

There is no escape from my rituals

There are many more – why not give them a go! You’ll love them!

My Weird Sixties Surreal Book – Part 2 Chapter 7 – Where we are – the meat in the sandwich.

Well this is very nearly there – a few pages to type up tomorrow. Then it’s Volume 1 written up. Maybe I’ll start on Volume 2?

So what do you think? Was it worth all this effort?

This piece is a bit of philosophy about where we spend our lives – sandwiched between the microcosm and macrocosm and not seeing either of them in their glory. What we see as reality is not at all.

7.

Somehow, stranded in the stillness and chaos, we live unaware of the changes and patterns we are part of.

On a warm summer’s day, with no breeze to wave the trees and no clouds to cruise the skies, there is stillness.

On a violent winter’s day, when dark clouds charge across the low ceiling of the sky, the trees bend in the wind and rain slants down to sting faces, there is movement but no pattern.

These are strange illusions that we live. We are trapped like meat in a sandwich. Only the bread is real. We are neither part of the microcosm under us with its pattern of tiny spheres and energy in frantic movement, nor included in the macrocosm with nits huge orbs, crazy circles and arcing orbits that bend through the vast reaches of space. We are somewhere between the two only partially aware of both. We walk upon both and do not comprehend what we are part of at all.

Yet on that summer’s day, when nothing moves, on a scale far beyond that of the human eye, we move at colossal speeds and minute tinglings through two unseen universes.

Each solid mass is really shimmering before our eyes on an unseen microscopic level – each atom jiggling about a point, each molecule boogieing about. There is no stillness in that world. The water in the still pond is zipping about in mad delight as the molecules career around bouncing off each other. The air is a mass of dashing molecules of gas and careering energy, vibrating, pulsing in constant rush-hour madness.

The microcosm is as hectic as any madness on our streets. The serenity is an illusion.

On a smaller scale each atoms is a twirling mass of pulsing life. Electrons, protons and neutrons spinning, orbiting and exuding gravity, electric charge and magnetism – interacting – joining, breaking, coalescing. A screaming roar of activity so frenetic that we can only guess at it.

Inside each proton and neutron there are the quarks – so strange they are called strange, charm, upwards and downwards – so fast and full of energy that we can only guess at what they do and wonder at the power of the Higgs Boson.

All unseen and unimagined.

There is no solidity – nothing solid to hit. The distance between nuclei is, in relative terms, greater than that between the stars. The atoms would simply slip through each other with never a solid nucleus touching another, despite the zillions, if it was not for the force that repels. We are repelled by a force-field. Solidity is an illusion.

And if we were to grip a quark and pull it apart what might we find? A flash of energy or nothing?

Who can weigh a gamma ray?

The ground we look at is a cosmic dance of atoms.

We shimmer with it. Our body is alive with atomic dancing.

On the macrocosmic scale we are partnered with a grander waltz.

As we stand and stare at that sultry scene we are spinning with the Earth’s rotation at a 1000 MPH, travelling around the sun at 6,500 MPH, travelling out towards the star Vega with the expansion of our galaxy at 43,000 MPH and spinning with the Milky Way at 611,000 MPH.

It is a gavotte of arcs and spins, of corkscrew intricacy and precision that is of unimaginable speed and complexity – the dance of the gods – if only there were gods – so grand that we had to invent gods to explain its majesty.

If we were to see this pageant from afar with time speeded up what a drama of whirling form it would take – what a spectacle. If it wasn’t for the vastness of space it would produce more wondrous patterns than a giant kaleidoscope.

On this planet we would be speeding in gigantic spiralling corkscrews at inconceivable speed in a pattern to amaze for all time – trees would fall, mountains would be swept flat.

Perhaps the planets watch? And see the universe through minds that move much more slowly so that for them humanity is a blink and the skies do tumble and spin in the grandest firework display of all time. There are no random movements here – just arc and spirals of delight.

But likewise, if we were to take an overdose of Alice’s potion and slip between the atoms, we would once again discover that the circle reigns. Spherical atoms with circling electrons interweave to create a show of grandeur illuminated by an array of energies, where even light, the straightest thing we know travels in curves.

There is no stability here, no stillness, no serenity. All is madness. All is change and movement. Paradox rules as time is stretched and energy chooses direction, electrons occupy two spaces simultaneously and the laws we live by no longer hold.

It is only here, between universes, where we live, obliviously, where the world can seem quiet and there appears to be an anarchy of movement that defies the circle in chaotic disorder. Here the illusion of stability rules and anarchy is superimposed on the patterns of reality. Here the flux is unseen and straight lines appear real. Only occasionally does the circle emerge to remind us of the real nature of the universe. Here in the middle we are a law unto ourselves.

My Surreal Sixties Weird Book – Part 2 Chapter 6 – More of the old I Am

I am only six pages from the end of this rewrite. The last third is the toughest to complete but I’m loving doing this.

I’m not sure how this reads to you, or whether the structure of the book is obvious? I probably shouldn’t let it near the light of day. Most writers keep these early things well out of sight.

This long I Am poem was an attempt to capture the mysticism of the unknown – the flux from which all things are formed. Back in my youth I was less atheistic than I am now but it is interesting for me to see that while I did not preclude a god I certainly wasn’t representing the ‘mind’  in any such manner.

The beginning is a mystery. Infinity and reality are wonders to be thought about with awe.

It never sat easily with a set of medieval writings to me. Religions do not contain the mysticism I write about.

6.

I am the time of now

I am without limits

I am your protection from evil

I am your light in the dark

How can you worry when I am here?

I am the destroyer of universes

I am the life of the egg

I am the ultimate giver

I have no memory

There is nothing I do not know

I am the universal jester

I am but a child at play

I am fickle in all things

I can treat nothing as serious

My moves are whims

I have the powers of nature

I choose to watch

I choose to leave alone

I am happiest in play

My decisions are final

I create your laws

I create stability

I create order

I create the precision of the universe

There is nothing I cannot change

I am she you question

I am he you seek to play with

I am she you seek to befriend

I am he you seek to conquer

But first you must learn.

My Weird Surreal Sixties Book – Part 2 Chapter 5 – Mind over Matter

This was a strange bit of poetic prose. I chose to write it out in this broken manner because the words had a metre and resonated in different clumps other than what you can achieve with grammar. The spiciness lightened it up so that it was easier to duigest and pick at.

It is humorous and playful yet thought provoking and dangerously subversive.

By now I reckon you must be understanding why I chose to call it Reality Dreams.

5.

In the void.

Here was nothing coupled with mind and matter.

Mind unsure of itself

And matter with no sense of reality.

All the time exploring

And wondering.

‘Did I do that?’

‘Is this mine?’

‘Did I make this?’

‘Was that a coincidence?’

‘Was this always here?’

How could he find reality when all he thought and dreamed became real?

‘Why am I here anyway?’

Mind decided that he needed to get his thoughts

A little more orderly.

He needed to understand what he was creating.

It was cluttering up the space around him.

This was very necessary

In order to ascertain what else there was

Outside of himself.

What was left over

After he had sorted out his own possessions

Must have been created by something else.

‘Was there anything?’

‘Who was it made by?’

‘How?’

‘Where?’

‘When?’

It was all very baffling.

‘Was it by accident?’

There was no firm proof.

There were no answers.

Mind would accept nothing on face value.

He always questioned himself.

‘Now first of all –

Is there anything I don’t know?’

How could mind tell?

They were unknown.

Mind began to run through a list of questions.

It sped him towards panic.

‘What am I?’

‘What am I doing?’

‘What am I going to do?’

‘How can I find out anything?’

‘How can I be sure that anything I do find out is true?’

These questions

Coupled with his recent adventures

Created a confusing

And perplexing

Situation.

Worried by his mental health –

After all – it was all he had –

He decided to play around a little

Just to ease the tension

And break up

The seriousness of the situation.

Mind decided

To put together

A few things

As a little diversion –

To bring

A little happiness

Into his world.

So he thought up a  little world

Into his happiness.

Seizing a little matter

That happened

To be floating by,

He rolled it

Here and there,

Shaped it

This way and that.

He altered it here

Destroyed it there

And rebuilt it.

At long last

His artistic side

Came to the fore

And the huge,

Or small

(depending on perspective)

Work of art began.

p1120125-3

Using all the utensils available

Plus any more he wished

To invent,

He began the creation

Of the universe

As we figments

Came to know it.

First the rough sketches.

A universe here

A universe there.

A galaxy here

Hmmmmm

Not quite right,

To the left a little.

Got it!

Hey ho!

A solar system there.

A few more suns

A trillion or so.

A few more planets.

A bit of this

And a bit of that.

A red sun here,

A yellow sun there

A billion blue suns.

He stood back.

Hmmmmm.

Maybe a spot of green on this one here.

After a goodly while he felt a lot happier.

He was enjoying himself.

He had been working quite hard

Lost in play.

It was very relaxing

And he had created a fair bit.

He beamed as he admired his work.

Not bad for a beginner.

It looked pretty

Just like Disneyland

But bigger.

He’d done Disneyland too!

Or at least drawn

The plans up.

He felt proud

And let it settle.

When he came back to it

It was not so good.

In fact it was downright boring.

Nothing was happening.

All those little balls

Hanging in space.

All round and smooth,

Glowing and lifeless.

What next?

He knew.

A quick spin here

A slow spin there

A bit more colour

A flash or two.

‘Not bad.’

‘Not bad at all.’

‘Much better.’

This was becoming something to be proud of.

But all those balls are a little boring –

So round and smooth,

So uniform.

A bit of alteration here –

A bit there.

A few wrinkles.

Throw in a few gasses

A liquid or two

A range of temperature

Sound and colour.

He was enjoying himself.

Attuned and vibrant,

Crashing, clashing

Resounding, Bashing

Silently in the vacuum

Altering.

Very pleasing though it was

To watch the giant display

It still felt a little empty

A bit too mechanical.

Something was lacking.

Hmmmmmmm.

That something which made all the difference –

A final touch.

The randomness that

Made a work of art

Special –

Different

To the run of the mill.

Many aeons passed

In pleasant thought

On how to improve

His creation.

It was most relaxing.

Now what if he was to make some things faster?

Subject to laws –

Restrictions,

To keep them in patterns

But enabling alteration?

Geometric patterns?

Random?

To slightly change?

Things beyond

His control.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

If he did not like the results he could always change it back again.

He wanted it to have a life of its own

Within limits

He wanted something with problems

And worries

And limitations

Worse than his own.

Something that could create

On its own

But with limited

Ability.

Something that could think for itself

A little.

Something that possessed beauty

And growth

Of its own.

He liked the idea.

Some things slow,

Some things quick,

But always changing.

It was a revolutionary breakthrough in ideas.

He started out on one single ball

And spread out through billions more,

Stretching his ideas

And capabilities to the full.

All and everything

His imagination could think of,

The ugly and beautiful,

The transparent and opaque,

The tiny and gigantic.

Some of gas,

Some liquid,

Some solid

And some of nothing

Some a mixture.

Some of atoms

Some of energy

And some of galaxies.

All living

Altering, Growing, changing –

Dying.

Some asking why.

He called them life.

He gave each atom a spin

And smiled.

‘Why not you too?’

He thought.

He created places

Where they ran

On integration –

To live, change, hide and die –

And allowed it to evolve.

At first there was fascination.

He would sit for millennia

Watching the changing story.

But after a while

He had seen it all.

At last he turned aside

From his new toy

To return

To serious matters.

Glancing back

From time to time

At changing scenes.

To note the changes

And take pleasure

He was happy.

Occasionally annoyance would creep in –

Some disharmonious change

Had come about.

He would sweep in

And eradicate.

One day

Upon return

He noticed something odd.

A single planet

Whose parasites

Had grown all out of proportion.

They were teeming

All over the world,

Overcoming all difficulties

Creating their own

Problems and disasters.

Always hatching new hardships

Divisions and quarrels

Destroying everything

They had in an orgy

Of greed and selfishness.

They were busy

Undermining their own survival –

Altering the balance –

Teetering on the brink of disaster.

Fascinating.

Yet even while riding on the brink,

Their thoughts were growing.

Many in among the stupid

Were stretching out

To challenge the structure of infinity.

He occasionally even felt a twinge

As an individual erupted

In a burst of pure ecstasy

To merge with him.

He became obsessed with these strange, tiny creatures

And the idea that maybe

Given time

He could learn

From the creatures he had created.

If they lasted long enough.

He desperately wanted to keep them

From destroying themselves

But knew

That he could not interfere

Or their development would be altered.

Could they offer a clue to nothing?

Find the secrets of something?

Had he inadvertently

Set something loose

That might be instrumental

In answering the questions

In the big underneath?

The creatures were at one and the same time

Separate to him

And part of him.

Could they transcend themselves

To become greater than him?

Would they crack infinity first?

Perhaps it was better to destroy them

While it was still possible?

He had the power

To create or destroy anything he wanted.

But how could he be sure?

He might destroy his only chance

Of finding the answers

To his problems.

He constructed three helpers to help him observe everything they did.

He placed one at each pole and one in the sun.

They were not sufficient.

He split each one into seven.

It did not help him decide

Which course of action to take.

Could they help?

Could he trust them?

He played his cards

He hesitated on the tightrope of indecision.

The entire balance of the universe hung in limbo.

He was afraid of the unknown.

What if he dismantled it now?

The sculpted beauty of his design?

The life he had created?

He knew that it did not matter

In the void.

Nothing would be altered.

A new beginning.

A new ending.

My Weird Surreal Sixties Book – Part 2 Chapter 4

This was written in 1970 when I was a student. I remember showing it to Derick Bryce, my research tutor, and him telling me that I would be alright when I’d burnt off my ego. (He was such a nice guy – I wonder if he is still around?) He did not cotton on to the fact that it was not about me at all.

This is a continuation of my one long mystical poem about reality, infinity and the universe.

4.

I am the smell of eternal morning

I am the movement that is all

I am the number that is unthought

I am indivisible

Multiply me and you have the same

I am eternal youth

I am often called love

I am all forgiving

I am a harsh mistress

My awareness lies everywhere

I am the vehicle you use

I am the place you live

I am the beach of creation

I supply your thoughts

With me live the unborn

I am the everlasting conflict

I am the result of battles lost and run

I am the balance between good and evil

I safeguard your survival

You may tip me one way or another

I have no direction

I am beyond distance

I need no excuse

I am all possibility

Could you find me ever?

I am energies unthought of

I am all the worlds and systems

I am the stretching sky

I am the colour black

Before me you are nothing

I am the scream of a newborn child

I am the wonder of the universe

I am the number of points that make up space

I am a point

For me there is no test

I am a pinprick in the flesh of nothing

I have the complexity of a single atom

I have the simplicity of space

I am alone in nothing

Should you find me you will know

I am the dream in which you live

I am the motivation of your life

I am the radiating energy of mind

I am the conscience of the rich

In me there are no answers

I am unafraid of death

I am beyond starvation or disease

I am nearer to those who suffer

I am always calling you

Why do you never hear?

I am consciousness and sight

I am your only survival

I am your constant point

I am only here once

In me you need no trust

I am your innate knowledge

I created your instinct

I am the glove around your hand

I am the blinding flas of truth

Through me lies the power of your ancestors

There are many more – why not give them a go! You’ll love them!

My Weird Surreal Sixties Book – Part 2 Chapter 3 – Something of Nothing

With characters nothing, something and eternity my younger self set out to explore infinity with a spot of humour thrown in for good luck. A mystical poetic adventure of reality

3.

Today was Wednesday

It was decided somewhere.

For why?

Convenience.

This proved extremely inconvenient

For all the parts that did not care

That now had to.

All of it did not care one way or another.

Boredom set in and created dissatisfaction.

Within this state of being

Or non-being,

A search was initiated

To give purpose to life

Or the state of non-being that passed as consciousness.

A being was created from components of something

With nothing.

He was given some time and space –

Just a little.

He was set a task

And given power

To find out what he wanted

And why.

The being decided to take on the task

And not just pretend.

At least that was the impression that was given.

The question it set for itself

Or had set for it –

Depending on your viewpoint –

Or simply wasn’t interested in –

Which was another view –

‘Was there another something in the Nothing?

Or was there simply nothing in the nothing?’

It interpreted this –

‘If there was something else then it is proof that I am real and exist.’

If there was – then how many somethings?

And could one ever be sure that there weren’t more beyond that?

It was a worry.

‘I am the greatest – the biggest and the best!’

He boasted.

‘Did I just dream it all?’

He asked in aeons of doubt.

‘Do I dream at all?’

He wondered.

‘Do you dream my dreams?’

To find out the answers to these and the many other questions that were written on the vacuum of the breeze, the being, who shall be nameless, and called someone, began to scientifically investigate infinity using finity as a tool – a long job.

He had the advantage of being infinite himself

But had never been told

So he never knew.

There was no other something to tell him

And nothing did not let on.

So someone divided into two every split second

And travelled out at the speed of light

With strict instructions

To report back

If something else was found.

Nearly fourteen billion years went by

In the blink of an eye

As a big patch of nothing was explored badly.

Still everything hung on

Waiting for an answer,

Placing bets,

Believing desperately

That nothing was not all that really existed

And that something was not an accident.

Nothing worried too.

For without something not even nothing existed.

Belief was all that stopped something being nothing

Or nothing something.

But for how long is forever?

When will we know?

There is still more than most that requires exploring.

Still just as much.

No truth in sight.

Not even a set of fundamentals.

We are anxious.

Did we send him out with enough senses

To recognise something if he saw it?

Would he detect different types of matter?

Energies or dimensions?

Perhaps the quest is futile?

What a worry for eternity!

There are many more – why not give them a go! You’ll love them!

My Weird Sixties Surreal Book – Part 2 – 2 – Infinity – poem

There was a lot of humour in this as well as some thoughtful playful philosophy. I was playing with metaphysics – making characters out of abstract concepts – putting consciousness into ideas.

I’m not sure if it’s a poem at all.

I was young and playing with ideas. It’s fun.

2.

Chance decided that owing to magic and necessity,

Plus the fact that even infinity was an illusion,

Finity had as much right to be infinite.

Until all forever had passed

And all distance was crossed

Nothing was proven.

Illusion was worried by the ruling.

Was chance infinite too?

Did its laws exist everywhere?

By its own laws there must be somewhere it did not exist?

Did they apply in nowhere?

What of God

Who was now around?

He was busy trying to become bigger.

That was a stretch with nothing to help.

If the illusion halved its size each day

Would it disappear?

What is the smallest piece of something that can exist?

So how far is the middle from where I am standing?

Why is it all around me

And I am always in the middle?

If the middle is so small that it is nothing.

The middle of infinity is everything.

All the matter and energy created was of no size.

This was back-dated to create size.

But it did not work satisfactorily.

As nothing had decided it,

It would have to do,

At least until the next election.

After the election nothing was relegated

And ceased to exist –

A state that still exists sometimes.

But this too was in a state of flux.

Time alters even itself

Often or once.

This was proved to be true or false

Depending on whose side you are on,

The times and public opinion.

Which did not yet exist.

As the confusion developed further into chaos

Time the healer took over and stated that it had always been like this,

It is just that sometimes it gets clearer.

Mind, disbelieving this,

Openly stated that this was rubbish

And that time had only imagined it.

Mind no longer worried

Except when it was alone

Which was always.

So it split in two for company.

This led to arguments and disagreements

Over time, space and room.

There was just not room for two minds in infinity.

It was not big enough.
