I’ve always believed that. Most people do not want to even contemplate or discuss it.

They like to label people as ‘left wing’ or ‘insane’ or ‘nutty’. But they are part of a mad machine, run by greedy, self-centred madmen, that is destroying the world.

Evo Morales is the first indigenous President of Bolivia. He runs a left-wing government that believes in equality and education. He raised taxes on big companies in order to combat poverty and illiteracy.

Evo is an environmentalist who believes we have to put the planet before profit.

Sooner or later, we will have to recognise that the Earth has rights, too, to live without pollution. What mankind must know is that human beings cannot live without Mother Earth, but the planet can live without humans.

The way I see it, it’s impossible to change things without encountering resistance.

Capitalism is the worst enemy of humanity

Henry Miller Quotes

Henry is another of my favourite writers. He broke with tradition and started writing in that freewheeling style that gave rise to the Beat Movement and Kerouac. His semi-autobiographical books were full of life, sex, social observation, metaphysics, characters and bohemian lifestyle. He was an innovator and someone who wanted to mop up experience and wring every last drop out of it.
One’s destination is never a place but rather a new way of looking at things.

Kurt is one of my favourite writers. I love his wit, easy flowing style and great ideas. He is a man with great humanity. I like that.
