White Eagle speaks through my Granddad pt. 6

I’m quite enjoying writing up these old tracts from my Granddad. It sort of connects me again after over half a century. I find it fascinating. These are the only things I have of his.

While I might not agree with it all I do find it interesting.

The Keepers of Law

The great sun that shines upon your earth is the creator of all light bodies for every living mineral cell and feeds all laws to material form. The moon is a celestial body and provides the magnetic bodies and is the direct link of the celestial las of your earth. Every material planet is responsible to the moon in some form or another to enable creation to take place with the sun. Just as you have sun, moon and the planets, so there are solar and strato suns and moons, which are the creative forces of higher laws. Everything is governed by law and each law is dependent upon another, as one law repels so another law attracts. The sun and many planets have a fixed orbit and hold the greatest laws of repel. As your moon is the celestial contact to your earth so there are celestial planets serving your planets handing on creative thought of higher laws, so there are others feeding them. Each law possesses colour and is attracted to each other by like and only by their like can they create. Thus there can never be any confusion between intersection. Each form is a contact to creation and freely give as they are given unto. It is impossible for any spirit to have contact with any law unless he has known them and they have become a part of him.

There are many laws round and about you that you do not know them. Neither do they know you unless you have been made unto them. Everything created becomes a keeper of laws. You cannot break the laws in any way, but the laws will break you if you do not keep them. You may try to defy them in many ways but you will feel the repercussions of their strength and your weakness. Every law has an opposite; as you have sin so there is goodness; as you have light so there is darkness; as there is love so there is hatred; and so we could keep on defining the laws unto each other. Laws are mansions of created thought sending out billions of workers all working for the good of their mansion in similarity to a hive rigidly performing their duties. In my Father’s house there are many mansions. If it were not so I would have told thee. This teaching of the Christ must have found many interpretations. Many have tried to puzzle out the meaning and many have failed to know its meaning. You are all a part of those mansions and will one time pass through, working for them as part of their law, and enjoy the understanding which they have to offer.

Your earth is forced to abide by laws, forced to attract and repel and to create for the benefit of every living thing. All species of animal, insect, bird fish and reptile are forced to create laws and keep them accordingly. Man is the only living creation who has been given a freedom of choice, free to incitations of creation, free to choose his own way of life or sin, freedom in the choice of laws, but he possesses no right within himself to break a law. Laws made by man are meant to be broken, for there is only one creator. Man has never created anything. Man is a keeper of creation and its laws and can only build from what creation has given him. Religions, creeds and sects are all roadways to our eternal home, all attuned to the same great laws. If you believe your religion or creed helps you best to keep the laws then follow it. Do not despise a brother or sister because his belief is different to that of your own. Do not hate him or think that you are greater than he. Be humble one to the other. Humble yourself to the Great Spirit and seek his knowledge, teach his laws as you find them and set aside all animosity.

I love every brother and sister whatever his religion, cast or creed, because one day if I am to enjoy eternal life I must enjoy all love and all laws.

Unto each law you must bring goodness that it may create with you and lift you higher, giving you greater knowledge and wisdom. They give you greater light and love and open up great vaults of truth that enable you to perceive your state of plane. Every day you live your life upon the earth you should try and gain as much experience as you can, live it as best you can, and live it for the Great Spirit. Do not try and live for yourself or you will become an egoist, and shut out laws that could have helped you. Seek and hold fast to that which is good and above all keep his laws.

White Eagle speaks through my Granddad – pt. 5

All the while the spirit is energising the body the field is kept well inflated and is your means of attraction to material life. In fact it is a most essential factor to life for according to the mineral cells your body holds so the field corresponds in light bodies. For instance if your earthly body has a 1000 cells of chalk or lime then the field will possess a corresponding number of cells to match.

The growth and expansion of your body can only take place through your mind. When you are sick your mind is the healer. If you attract to your mind a thought of dislike to any food or mineral then the body is upset and the stomach is made to vomit. If you like a thing by your mind then your body is in harmony and thrives upon it. Sickness, man’s greatest sin, is always from his mind unable to work with the field because it is choked with colour that does not belong there. If your mind is true and vibrating proper thought then and then only sickness cannot prevail. The spirit, the minds, the body are individually yours and your responsibility in all that they do. Reaching out from its own self to sow its own seed and reap its own harvest; to trespass, to steal another man’s seed can only bring sickness and unhappiness in the long run. How often have we heard the Lord’s Prayer forgive us our trespasses as we forgive them that trespass against us? Every brother and sister trespasses against each other through lack of understanding.

It is only through lessons that you are enabled to unravel the great weaving of life and that which appeared to you a mystery is clearly shown. The Great Spirit is omnipresent, ever waiting to help you and guide you, to comfort you in your every task, but remember you must attune to him and allow the real you to be guided by him for without him we are lost.

Beloved, I have built for you a picture of man according to my awakening, man as I perceive him upon my own consciousness. Each man is different from each other, some are near alike but not identical, even to the prints of his flesh you will see there is a difference. Yet we shall all progress to like one day, for we shall all pass through the same states of evolution to the same thought, the same love and light.

My Granddad’s notes – Chief White Eagle’s lessons Pt. 5

All the while I am typing this out I am thinking of the grandfather I knew and wondering how he managed to recite this. It is nothing like the man I remember – but I was only fourteen when I last saw him. He was probably in his sixties – I’ll have to check on that.

White Eagle speaks through my Granddad pt. 4.

This is the next bit of my Granddad’s writing – supposedly from the Native America Chief White Eagle. It’s fascinating for me because it is all I have left of him and I do find it amazing that a water meter reader can come out with this stuff.

Laws are not confined to any one plane of thought but are universal, and can feed their sperm and eggs to any spirit that is able to attract them. Progression is therefore a continual upward advance to new planes of thought. Looking at this spiritual creation of the Great Spirit it resembles very much your material body of which as you realise is only a vehicle of expression to your earth. Your material body can only be a temporary life, to help you to experience lessons as they present themselves upon your planet.

In order that the spirit can express itself in a material planet and take part in its vibrations, a material mind is needed. A mind that will respond to the earthy radiations, a mind that can see, feel, taste, sense and hear and deal with everything pertaining to your earth. Yes, beloved, a material mind is created by the minds of your parents, a seed from each. This mind as it matures is almost a replica of your spiritual mind, as you will gather as I explain it further. First then a mercury body of light, magnetic and relying for its power from the spirit built-up of cells from the planetary influences and Arcanum atoms remaining static. Again, seven bodies of light identical in colour, sequence and density to that of your rainbow each a separate mind or are able to work as a whole. These bodies are built up of millions of particles known as light bodies of which some are ovaries. These ovaries deal with the involuntary working of the physical body, such as the heart, sight, taste, hearing and sense. To every colour body or mind there is a gateway through which power and thought can enter; this is situated in the solar plexus region. These gateways resemble very much the flower of a lily and are specially created with magnetic womb to conceive the light sperm and eggs of laws. Each mind has an outlet like the flower of a clematis through which uncreated thought may pass, and possess vets glands of light that no thought can enter. This earthly mind is known as your astral body and works in connection to your earth through what is known as a field. In order for you to understand more clearly I must pass now to your physical body and describe as briefly as possible. In your earthly book known as your Bible you will find a teaching in which field is described although often misconstrued by the mind of man. St. Matthew 24, verse 39-40. Then shall two be in a field; the one shall be taken and the other left. You will know what it was the Master Christ was trying to convey to you all when he spake these words. Your earthy body is a part of the earth and was created from the mineral sources and is kept alive by those sources. Every little mineral cell that went to the making of a baby’s body carried with it its own cell of magnetism and light. These magnetic cells carried the mineral to formation and took up their positions in shape to the likeness of thought. As soon as the spirit took over the body the magnetic light bodies were thrust out through the colour minds and held in the shape of a globe. For as far as your arms outstretched round and about you and down to your feet that is the size of their position. This is called the field and remains in this position unto your passing to the higher life attracting light bodies sperm and egg. This field is fed continually by the law of gravity which serves your earth and everything connected with it. In the event of your spirit passing to the higher life the field retracts in the physical body and claims the mineral cells, which usually takes three days. The action of the field retracting causes the body to become rigid and this is known as rigor mortis compose. When the action is completed decomposition commences. Once the field starts to move in no spirit can take up the body. This stops any would be spirit from returning to your earth in another vehicle.

Pt. 2 – Our Perception – a teaching from White Eagle – teachings from My Granddad.

I hope you find this interesting. Typing these up is quite strange for me. It puts me back in contact with my granddad after fifty four year.

While I do not subscribe to the ideas I do find them fascinating.

I’ll type up the rest as soon as I can.

Pt. 2 – Our Perception – a teaching from White Eagle

If we are ever to be united in his great love we must know all sin in every roadway, in every nook or cranny, we must perceive it. Every known sin is made bare to you. It is not possible to create any further sin than that which is with you and about you now.  You cannot know all the sin in just one short life upon your earth, any more than you can claim a genius unless you have known every brother and sister. There is a continual flow of life to and from your earth, loved ones departing to new phases of experience and loved ones taking their place in the form of baby, all striving to seek new fields of life. The great laws of truth obey and fulfil the purpose of life to us all, and help us to awaken to new states of consciousness as our evolution presses steadily on. How can we ever hope to understand or perceive the Great Spirit, or his purpose, to which we are all a part, without knowing the laws that govern?

As you all progress to the different laws of evolution so our conception widens: greater understanding comes with every law. Your every pulsating, your love and life is his. If you are ever to enjoy eternal life you must begin where the Great Spirit began with you. You must pass through the gulfs of knowledge and wisdom; you must know and love your brothers and sisters; you must forgive as you are forgiven. You must be able to attune to every law. Then and then only can you hope to live in the golden light.

Savouring the Warmth – a poem

Savouring the Warmth

Savouring the last warmth of a life

As the embers slowly set;

When finally it all makes sense

And the jigsaw is complete.

And residing in the ochre

Glow of that sunset

Are the cinders of a life

Well spent

Giving warmth and light

To satisfy the heart.

There within that afterglow

Of all that has been achieved

Lies the essence of a life.

Yet it is never enough –

If we could just go back

To polish the edge.

Opher 23.3.2017

There will come a time when life comes to an end. In the lasts minutes of that life will there be an understanding of what that life was all about? Would it all make sense?

I would like to think that I will look back over my life with satisfaction without dwelling on the bits that went wrong.

Merging into the infinity of oblivion, after this brief sojourn in this spectacular universe, will be tinged with great sadness. It will be hard to leave all this wonder behind. Will I ever reach the point where I will have had enough?

Opher on spirituality.

I am an antitheist – I am opposed to all religions. I think they are created by man and do more harm than good. I would like to see all religion wither on the vine.

But spirituality? No. I like spirituality.

I think religions probably started out as means of celebrating spirituality before they turned into power trips for megalomaniacs and indoctrination courses for children.

I do not think science understands everything or will ever understand everything. The universe becomes weirder and weirder with every discovery. What I am sure of is that a lot of the things that seem so inexplicable to us now may well be found to have a scientific basis. We do seem to connect mentally. There does seem to be synchronicity. There are incredible coincidences. People read religious/spiritual things into these. Maybe there is a spiritual element or maybe it has a scientific principle that we have no yet discovered? Who knows?

For me the holy books are interesting relics of an Iron-age mind. They do contain some worthy things plus a lot of culturally suspect garbage. Like any book of fiction or non-fiction there are good things to take out of them and a lot of stuff that has been superseded by our knowledge, thinking and understanding. Those books are products of their age and culture. They contain all the prejudices and attitudes of that culture and time. I’d like to think we’re a lot better than that now.

So what is my understanding of this spirituality that lies beyond religion?

Well for me it is not god, gods or spirits. It is not afterlife or resurrections, hell, paradise or dogma – it is the essence of life, the universe and everything (to paraphrase Douglas Adams).

For me there is a universal energy that pervades everything; every atom, subatomic particle, sun, galaxy and living creature. That energy is a vibration that runs everything. I do not endow it with consciousness or purpose.

For me that throb of the universe runs in me and connects me to everything. I marvel at it in sunsets, trees, rocks, sea, living creatures, plants, sun, moon, waterfalls, mountains, galaxies and the sky at night – all the things that our ancestors worshipped.

I do not worship it. I do not imbue it with meaning.

I marvel at it, enjoy it, relish it, renew myself in the wonder and awe of it and adore it.

If there is something that I would give the name god to it would be the atomic energy that connects all the universe into one right out to the expanding front of the event horizon created by the big bang.

I have no need for the gubbins of religion, for a personal god or eternal life. I have my rainbows, sunsets and snow-capped mountains. There is nothing to believe in, be dogmatic about, to divide people or provide hatred.

When I die my consciousness will cease. The energy that I am part of will not. I don’t care if that energy is conscious or has a purpose. That is meaningless and pointless to speculate. I just know that it will not be any god like the religions describe. It has not interest in my life or consciousness. It is a perpetual flow and I am part of it.

My spirituality is summed up by two people (or a group) sitting on the rim of grand canyon watching the sun go down, sharing a glass of wine, waiting for the stars to come out, gazing up in awe and then getting the guitars out and celebrating that with laughter.

My spirituality is inclusive and requires no expectations or beliefs. I am alive. That is miraculous. I don’t have to have been created. To exist is enough.

Spirituality versus Religion

Primula auricula Grey Hawk Unknown Border saved from a Rotary Club car park plant salePhotographs – Richard Duffy-Howard – award winning photographer – https://loudhailer.net/

I am an extremely spiritual person but I am totally opposed to all organised religion.

My spirituality is also based on a numbers of things:

  • Wonder and awe at the incredible splendour of the universe – the macrocosm and microcosm – black holes, galaxies and quarks.
  • Wonder and awe at the beauty of nature – life in all its forms
  • Creativity in all its forms – art, poetry, dance, writing, architecture, photography, film,
  • The splendours of natural phenomena, landscapes, seascapes, trees, rocks, gorges, mountains, lakes ……
  • The wonders of consciousness
  • Love

I do not really care if there is a god or not. It is of little importance to me. I want a secular spirituality. I reject all religion for a number of reasons

  • I believe all the religious books were written by men. None are the word of god. (This is evident to me when I see the way they were written, who they were written by and what previous texts they were based on).
  • I believed organised religion is used for power and to promote division and hatred for personal gain (status, power and wealth).
  • Religion is used to prevent any opposition to a state’s power.
  • The fear principle of heaven and hell is psychologically damaging. No sane god would create such a thing.
  • Too much religion is sectarian and thus creates division and fosters hatred.
  • I think the indoctrination of children is obscene child abuse
  • To live for a possible after-life (which I do not believe exists) can prevent a person from experiencing the short life we have
  • Following all the multitude of different rituals, dress codes, eating restrictions, prayers, (each religion has its own set of instructions from ‘god’ – all different) etc. is risible.
  • Much of religion misses the point of spirituality

However I know some people gain personal fulfilment by following a religion, find companionship and psychological reassurance. Religious people can be spiritual, kind, generous and tolerant.

My spirituality creates a wealth of warmth and connection. It is a positive affirmation of life. There is no division, hatred or need to justify it. My spirituality exists and requires no god, purpose or imposed morality. The morality I live by comes out of it. I respect and hold as precious all living things, fellow humans and the world around me. I’ve no need to put that into commandments.

I have no need for religion. I have no time for superstition. My universe is a world of wonder to be investigated, marvelled at and enjoyed. There are many things to be understood. I have a life to revel in it.
