Writing with meaning! That’s what writing is!

IMG_6343

I don’t write just to put words on paper. I don’t write to tell meaningless stories about meaningless topics. I write with purpose, intent and intelligence

I want my writing to entertain but also to make people think, become involved with and become inspired. My stories engage the mind, spirit and heart.

Writing is communication.

My writing has passion, integrity and authenticity. It isn’t froth aimed at a commercial market. It is heartfelt. I write because I am compelled and enthused. I write about the things that excite and interest me.

Why not have a look and try out a book or two? They are varied, enthralling and thought-provoking. They are easy to read, enjoyable and sometimes extreme – but they are always meaningful.

  1. Nice post! Although, to present another side of the coin, works aimed at a commercial market often do have passion, integrity, and authenticity. That’s why they resonate with people and sell! Now I’m off to look at your Amazon page … 🙂

    1. Hi Tom. You are right in one sense – there are a lot of books with good content, passion and integrity that are commercial and discerning readers seek them out. The trouble is that a lot of the commercially aimed books are exploitative, frothy and superficial, aiming merely to entertain without challenging the reader. My books are not like that!
Hope you find one you will like! All the best – Opher.

    1. Hi Cheryl – good to have you back – I’ve missed you while you’ve been away. I was away too. I put up some of the photos of Norfolk on my blog. I guess you didn’t get them! Hope your trip was good! All the best – Opher
