Scotland – More Neolithic wonders

From fields of strange stones to large mounds of rocks and great slabs of stone. Our ancestors scattered the wonders of their imagination over our landscape. Scotland is a good hunting ground. Cairns that last thousands of years.

Scotland – Nature, Neolithic sites, fishing villages, lochs and wildlife.

The sunshine continued as we investigated the Neolithic sites, walked around locks, clambered up hills and left reflections in forever.

Jersey – spectacular coastline, Second World War Relics, Wildlife and history.

We spent a lot of time walking along the clifftops with spectacular views over the rocky cliffs and sandy bays. The island is scattered with bunkers, command centres and gun emplacements from the Second World War. There are also older fortresses dating back to Napoleonic days and Neolithic burial chambers. Then there are the heather strewn hills and wildlife.

Fabulous.
