As usual the festival closed with the rollicking energy of the Ben Beattie band. The ensemble of talent roared their way through a swathe of Rock, R&B and Jazz from Minnie The Moocher to Diamonds In The Soles of her Shoes. They got everyone up on their feet dancing along!

The finished the festival up with a storming set of Jazz and Soul. Fabulous playing and singing. The band brought together many of the people involved with the weekend. A great finale.

It was a great end to the festival to have Ben’s band blasting out some sax-rich Jazz with Simon helping out. They produced a varied programme with a bit of Chuck Berry thrown in. A great finale for a brilliant weekend of sunshine, stately homes, gardens and music.
