The mindless slaughter of elephants and other big game. Help prevent it.

It seems that far too many rich people think they are big-time game hunters like some present-day Ernest Hemingway. It’s time we put a stop to it. These cowards are murdering beautiful animals for trophies!

Trophy hunting is the hunting of wild animals for fun. The trophy is the animal or part of the animal kept as a souvenir, and usually displayed to show off the success of the hunt. Sometimes hunts can cause horrific injuries that can lead to the animals suffering prolonged deaths.

Earlier this month conservationists and those fighting to save the African elephant received shocking news. The Trump administration announced they might overturn critical protections for the African elephant by allowing imports of hunting trophies from Zimbabwe and Zambia. But thanks to an outpouring of outrage and nearly a million signatures on a Change.org petition started by animal rights advocate Kathleen, this policy change is temporarily on hold for “review.”

  1. You know how I feel about all animals being abused. So I read this with interest. I already donate to several Charities including Greyhounds and this year started donating to FOUR PAWS who are wonderful in rescuing and freeing so many Bears. This morning I just received some literature from them. In Vietnam “little bears are stolen from their mothers, locked away and tortured for their bite”, barbaric. We know how the majestic Elephants are hunted down for their Tusks. We allow this to continue Elephants will only exist in picture books. The Fight Must Go On For All Animals. We can’t just keep sitting back the majority and doing nothing.

    1. I’m so glad that you agree with me on this Anna. I think it is disgusting what humans do to animals. Those cruel people should be locked up. They disgust me more than anything else.

      1. You are too kind , locking up these killers is not what should happen, I wish I could but I can’t, shoot dead these filth that destroy such beautifully harmless animals. Children will come into the World and not know what an Elephant, Tiger, Bear etc are like. These murders should be hunted down like their prey and shot dead, I am so angry so bloody angry.

      2. Well I certainly think the anti-poacher units need to be armed and shoot to kill. I find it tragic what is happening to elephants, rhinos and other animals. Human beings are mindless and cruel.
