Every Sunday afternoon, in a nice warm cosy nook at the Sailmakers Arms in Hull, you’ll find a little band of acoustic musicians joyfully sharing their songs. What better way could you have to spent some time?
Tim O’Connor, the most prolific musician in the world, shares his songs and they alternate around the group in cheery fashion, sufficient to warm the cockles of the stoutest heart. Many gather to listen, and sup the odd pint or two, because the quality of the songs and musicianship is worthy of an audience. Thus the hours pass and the merry crew share their melodies.
By heck there were some great original songs coming out of that corner of the pub. I heard some great stuff!
