This is Nick’s most poignant song of social inequality. The G7 are seven men representing seven powerful nations who could bring justice and equality to the world if they wanted. Will the Magnificent 7 save the day?
This beautiful lilting song carries an H-bomb as a message. A favourite of mine.
I recorded this on my camera so it is not a professional job. I hope you enjoy it though.

Do they want to? Do they fuck?
You are right. Those seven desperados represent the establishment masters who pull the strings. They like the world just the way it is with all its war, inequality, poverty and mess. They can exploit all that for profit.
I think Nick’s song highlights that.
But the internet is a powerful tool. It is owned by us and we are not part of that machine.
We can bypass the media – putting out its divisive, pernicious message to create distrust – and highlight all the wrong-doing, and organise to prevent this toxic way of working.
I’m all for unity, equality and breaking away from the destructive greed that is running the world. I want a caring world.
More and more people want a return to first principles. I like the prog effects here on top of the great folk playing. Arresting and well-recorded, very clear.
Cheers Dave. Hea marvel.
