Today
Today I take a breath and breathe in the rich air.
Today I eat and drink with relish.
Today my heart pumps blood to feed my cells.
Today my ears send the sound of birds and breezes.
Today my eyes feed on sky and trees.
Today my neurones fire and I course with electricity.
Today I am alive.
