May!! Get on your Bike! You’ve messed up!

I don’t think the woman has any honour! She certainly doesn’t have a shred of credibility!

Her government has now suffered the worst defeat in political history –  crushed by 432 votes to 202, a historic defeat!!

Any honourable person would resign. She’s a dead duck.

Any honourable party would jettison her!

For two and a half years she has made mistake after mistake, mess after mess, and simultaneously brought the country into crisis!

Shame on her and shame on the callous Tories and their nasty uncaring ideology! A plague on all their houses!

We need a General Election but I am quite sure that the loathsome Tories, with the aid of the DUP, will put aside their morality and cling on to power. That’s what they do.

So where do we go from here?

A new referendum? – Yes please! Let’s have a chance to put democracy into action and show what we think now all the lies are laid bare.

A deal in parliament? – Well the only one that will gain consensus is one that keeps us in the Single Market and Customs Union and thus won’t decimate our economy! – That’s second choice for me!

A No-Deal Brexit? – The height of stupidity and foolishness that would do immense damage to our economy. Only ideological fools support this. Let’s hope MPs aren’t stupid enough to allow it to happen. It would be a disaster and we’d never forgive them!

Well I’m certainly sick and tired of threats! We are constantly told that a second referendum is not democratic and that if we have one there will be civil unrest! Well I’m not one for allowing right-wing thugs to set any agenda! If they promise violence lock them up! We shouldn’t let threats of violence get in the way of democracy!

Today saw a just result – a resounding defeat for an obstinate, obdurate and foolish woman who has led us up the garden path and made a complete and utter cock up!

That is phase one of my ideal day! Let’s hope that tomorrow brings phase two and three – the collapse of the vile Tory government and the resignation of May.

  1. It’s not always a good idea to jump the gun. It’s a process of elimination. At the end of the day, they still have to deliver Brexit. There’s no other choice. Didn’t you hear them all cheering in unison about that during May’s speech. Corbyn looked a complete chump and nobody seemed much phased with his nonsense and he was just wasting his breath.

    1. Of course there’s another choice – they can stop the process, do what’s best for the country and get back to sorting things out in the country.
The only chump round here is you.

      1. Opher – was there any need for that? You talk about not accepting insults yet you are number one propagator.

  2. Opher – I don’t think there was anything of the nature of “chump” in Sarah’s other post, do you? Whereas, your very own contribution was an incompetent disaster.

    1. Sal – two points:
Firstly – it is my blog and you and Sarah are guests.
Secondly – you did not read the abusive posts from Sarah that I deleted. My response was mild.

      1. Opher – three points:
Firstly – don’t invite comments if you can’t handle the fact that all too often you’ve got your facts completely wrong.
Secondly – I did read them. If you follow the flow of the posts she only gave you back as good as you had first given her. You appear to harbour a beef with highly intelligent women.
You seem to operate a deficit of being able to read between the lines. You seem to require points spelled out in full for you. You seem to reply having picked up on the tiniest and least important strand. For example, Macron is a centrist. What for all of two minutes? Yet completely ignoring his previous twenty years of leftist socialist political activity.
Thirdly – I rest my case.

      2. Sal – Firstly – I do not get my facts wrong. Your perception is based purely on the fact that you don’t agree with me.
Secondly – I tend to put forward views more often than facts. Facts are too often selected to bolster up views.
Thirdly – I don’t have any problem with intelligent women. I worked very well with many of them, am married to one and have a daughter who would knock spots off anyone.
Fourthly – You are representing opinions as facts. Macron formed a Centrist government with Centrist policies. What he was two years ago doesn’t alter that.

      3. Opher – how many times have you had your facts wrong? How many hot dinners have you ever had? There’s your answer.

Do you want to have another think about your Macron comment?
Do you want to read that back to yourself just one more time?
Is that what you really had wanted to say?
I’m representing fact with a fact.
I’m am not representing an opinion with a fact! I didn’t express an opinion!
        The information speaks for itself.
Please, FFS, what am I dealing with here?
Are you Opher’s nine years old deputy filling in on his day off?

      4. Here we go – ‘Opher’s nine years old deputy filling in on his day off?’ – Getting personal and abusive. You really really know how to debate intelligently. Maybe you should be an MP?
No I don’t get my facts wrong. I stand by them. The fact that you don’t agree with them doesn’t make them wrong.
Macron formed a Centrist government with Centrist policies. You are focussing on his history – not his present.

    2. Yes Opher. A leopard changes its spots, doesn’t it?
Isn’t it incredible that a person can suddenly make such a subtle change and it’s considered as a radical wild-swing?
Do you want to try and tell me why he became “centric” Opher? Lol.
Back to the back of the class with you.

      1. You completely misunderstood the question.
The question was why he became centric?

The question was not concerning what happened. An idiot could answer that.

        Is English your first language?

      2. And the answer was – in order to get elected.
I did not misunderstand at all.
Can’t you understand English? Any idiot can understand that!

      3. So, if you think that then that means he’s not really centric at all is he? He’s actually a flaky fraud socialist really, isn’t he? At heart he’s still as left-wing as he ever was, isn’t he?

I just need to make correction with you Opher on a technical detail. I don’t know quite how this slipped through my net in the first place. I noted that you kept using the term Centrist and using a capital C. You are mistaken and have confused one party with another party. So to avoid any further confusion it goes like this:

Macron’s party, La Republique En Marche! (REM), politically positioned centre are into liberalism, economic liberalism and pro-Europeanism. They do NOT have centrist policies.
and there’s another entirely different party named
The Centrists, positioned centre to centre-right are into centrism, conservative liberalism and Christian democracy.
        and also
Centrist Alliance, positioned centre are into liberalism, pro-Europeanism and centrism.

For all Macron’s REM’s liberalism, one wouldn’t know it with his police force’s endless battles ongoing throughout the country.

      4. I keep repeating that, whatever his past, he formed a government that was based on centrist policies. You don’t seem to understand this. It’s not difficult. The policies were centrist. Got it?

      5. Wrong! You don’t get it. He’s now in a Liberal based party. There are two other parties that ARE Centrist. They even use that term in their name.

This is why France IS exploding because the vast majority of the French are sick to death with Liberalism and Liberal policies that are saturating the country and have already overtaken many areas with Muslims. Some parts of Paris have been lost to Islamification.
Or are you going to accuse me of racism for so much as reporting this factual truth?

Opher, please learn the differences of French Centrists and Liberalism. They are NOT the same.

    1. Slight confusion I see there Opher. I’d have to agree with Sal Meiners, he’s not wrong at all and you should really have very serious difficulty disputing what’s he’s brought forward to the table for your perusal.
There’s a website page on wikipedia which may explain why you are mistaken in greater detail. The complexities with French politics is quite something.
