Bob Wayne – at O’Riley’s in Hull.

Whoooo!  Whooooo!

The only thing that Bob Wayne shared with Cliff Ricard is that they both had two first names!

Loud, raucous and rude – that’s the Outlaw White Trash Hillbilly sound of Bob Wayne. What a performance!! Uncompromising, extreme, fun and frolics. Bob can certainly entertain. If ever an act was larger than life it’s Bob Wayne.

Straight out of the trailer park and on to the highway where you can scatter his ashes!

Drugs, drink, women, trucking, god, satan, guns and fuck the police seem to be Bob’s repertoire. Everything’s legal as long as you don’t get caught.

Straight out of the Southern States in full flood – Bob Wayne.

The band were great – a solid drumming, fabulous slap-bass and some superb guitar and slide guitar. But the performance, with all manner of facial contortions, poses, eye-popping and theatre, was all Bob’s.

I would like to ask his politics! But it was sure a fun evening!

    1. They were fun! A great band to see – great theatre – though I’m still not sure about the actual politics!
