Huge Success for Trump!!!

Trump has successfully reduced taxes and given a massive pay hike to all the rich and wealthy and corporations – like himself!!

Great news for the rich!!  Fabulous job!!

Where’s the money coming from??

Well by giving huge amounts of money to the rich the economy is stimulated! They wouldn’t dream of stashing their loot away offshore would they? They won’t spend it on themselves! They will invest it in the economy! The economy will grow and that will pay for it.

The rich will get much richer and invest.

Of course they will.

So that’s good news then. The poor or middle class people won’t be donating to the wealthy will they? Public services will not have to be cut, will they? There will be no extra borrowing of a trillion or two?? And Trump, or his rich business chums and politicians, will not benefit at all, will they??

What good news!!

    1. They line their pockets without shame. They think the electorate are so gullible it is untrue. But then people still vote for them and fall for it so why not?

Why you worried about President Trump and what he is doing, why are you worried about all the “poor” as you keep on about, how much do you donate to poor funds from you lucrative Pension you get from being a Teacher, in a State school. You sound like all the so called actors who said “give a home to immigrants” did they, of course they bloody well did not. People talk and thats all they do.

    1. Anna I worry about what Trump is doing because he is an incompetent arrogant fool who affects everything in the world.
      One minute you worry about nature and animals yet don’t condemn the moron for pulling out of the Paris Agreement, relaxing all the environmental laws, allowing pollution, strip mining or looking at taking the ban off of trophy hunting. His son is there holding up an elephant tail of the poor creature that he callously shot and Trump is saying that it’s fine and bringing trophies back into the States is OK. It isn’t OK. None of it is OK.
      Now he’s just given big tax cuts to the rich and the corporations that will have to be paid for by the poor and middle class. It isn’t OK.
      He’s been tweeting material from fascist groups and stirring up division and hatred with blatant lies. It is not OK.
      His belligerent attitude towards North Korea could end up with a nuclear war. He’s got as much diplomatic sense as a wombat. It isn’t OK.
      He’s doing the same with Iran. It isn’t OK.
      You go on about Harvey Weinstein and this guy is as bad. It isn’t OK.
      His policy on health care to dump Obamacare will put millions of poor Americans without health cover. That is not OK.
      When America sneezes we catch a cold. They’ve dragged us into war after war and created the financial crisis that led to us having eight years of austerity.
      Of course I am concerned with fucking Trump. He is a disaster area. I just hope he gets impeached and soon. The world would be a safer place.
      As for my ‘lucrative pension’ – well as an ex headteacher I do get a pension that provides me with an average income. I worked for the state and so I have a far worse pension than my two brother-in-laws who retired from quantity surveying. They take home double my income thanks. My pension makes me comfortable but it isn’t brilliant like you imagine. My two trips were done on the cheap and cost very little more than staying at home. Your proposed trip to SF would have cost as much as my two month cruise.
      I support the homeless and Greenpeace, Amnesty and give to those in need. That’s sufficient for me.
      I run this blog to do my bit to speak out against the fascists and eco-destroyers, the capitalists and uncaring, selfish politicians who are messing up the world. I also like to praise the wonderful people who are creative, selfless and are working to make the world a better place for both us and the animals.
      I think you dug yourself in a hole by supporting both Brexit and Trump. Both of which are making a right mess of the country and the world. They have both given succour to fascists and caused chaos. They have both diminished the USA and the UK but you are not prepared to admit you were wrong. You continue to defend the indefensible and attack me
      You’re siding with the wrong people Anna. You supposedly side with people like Matt and Cheryl and are out of step with all of us.

    1. Wow Collette!! It is quite something when a body of psychiatrists make a statement like this about the President of the USA. Extremely worrying.
