We spent a couple of weeks walking around the coast paths, eating fresh fish and soaking up the beauty. It was restoring for the spirit.

I am SO envious. What a beautiful place. And that picture you used in your header is just gorgeous. New camera, or same one? I remember your saying something about buying a new one.
Same old camera – I need an upgrade. Jersey was a beautiful place to recharge the spirit so I can come back with a bit of energy and enthusiasm – completely out of optimism right now – on most fronts.
Well hang in there. This too shall pass… (Or so everyone tells me! 🙁 )
I know. I’m plugging away. I am suffering from the madness in the world – ISIS, Islamophobia, Trump, Brexit, environmental destruction, black shootings in the USA – it is so depressing. There is madness at work fuelled by xenophobia, hatred, religious extremism, greed, selfishness, power-madness and racism.
