I did receive your query and put an answer up. WordPress is weird. You obviously didn’t get it.
The book is virtually complete. Unfortunately I went away on a two month voyage and didn’t come back until March. I talked to Nick and neither of us wanted to rush it. We wanted it to be right. We decided that there wasn’t time to do it justice. So we postponed its publication.
It will now come out in the Autumn along with the triple vinyl boxset of the three albums.
Sorry to keep you waiting – my fault really.
