What incredible art – I just hope I will be able to walk up there.
Get a taxi!
I will get a cab but I am talking about walking in general, bloody tables have messed me up.
Get some practice in. Build up to it.
We have a treadmill in the Conservatory (used to do it twice a day) and my floor exercises, not allowed to use the rowing machine. Hoping all that will strengthen my muscles again. It’s my back I have a severe curvature and osteoarthritis, never mind the list!
Just do what you can. It’ll help. Be determined. Make the most of your visit. I do my treadmill every other day for half and hour.
Yes I used to do half an hour twice a day, it soon went quick – I felt better for it. Gardening helps it really tires me.
Half hour a day would be fine. Get to it!
After Christmas, too much to do right now, house a mess.
Yep – I’ve got to go in and help now. I’ll be in the doghouse.
ENJOY YOURSELF.
Catch you tomorrow!
OK, I have my last box to open of books – take care as usual “Sleep Warm”
Hope they are wonderful. You take care.
Thanks Opher, you too
