  1. I piloted my own tour. Sefton Park was good too, it appears like Pepperland with the bandstand! Did you see the Barbers on Penny Lane?

    1. Hi Andy. Yeah – I saw the barbers. Didn’t see the bandstand though. It was a fun day out. I’ve been doing a lot of Rock archaeology. It is nostalgia I suppose. It is a strange thing to visit the places you used to hang out in back in the day. I took it all for granted back then; thought it would go on forever. I revisited Greenwich Village and wandered round. It was all shut down or touristy. Back in the late sixties it was thriving with lots of people like me and a great community feel. It’s kind of sad but it was also nice to stand there and look at places and remember. It frees your imagination.
