Ship Inn Sewerby – Edwina Hayes and Friends Alastair Artingstall, Stevie Mould and Brodie Milner Review.

What a great line-up!!  All for free!!

We enjoyed a great pint and listened to some brilliant musicians.

Edwina Hayes oozes quality; her voice is hauntingly pure and her songs are fantastic. It was great to hear her in such good voice and with great violin accompaniment from Donald? She should be performing on big stages around the world. But I suppose we are fortunate that she isn’t and is playing in small pubs and clubs around the area. I’m certainly off to the Processed Pea to catch her there in a week or so! Not to be missed.

I also enjoyed Alastair Artingstall greatly. His music is quite low-key but extremely well done with delicate songs and great voice and musicianship.
