The Huge Tian Tan Buddha on Lantua Island – Photos Posted on March 16, 2018 by Opher We were climbing up this peak in this old bus. It bounced us about and the seats were hard. The first sight we got of the giant Buddha was when we rounded a bend in the road. It was quite a sight We went right up the stone steps to have a close up look. it is a huge 34 metre bronze Buddha that is extremely impressive.
