Which one would make a good surreal cover for a weird Sixties book?

I like the one on the right – it has a psychedelic quality to it that fits 🙂
Thanks Raili. I think I’m leaning that way too.
The one on the right is more open to interpretation.
Is that good or bad?
You have to bear in mind that you would only get a percentage of the painting in the frame and imagine what that might look like.
Cheers Dave.
Good, I’d have thought, if the book is surreal. Would the face appear entire?
Most of it. You have to imagine a paperback book shape. When you put the image in you have move it about a bit but if it is the wrong shape it is going to be cropped. If I was using the one on the right I would most probably focus on the centre. Though I could get a completely abstract effect from the left hand side.
