    1. I used to have a six foot six Boa Constrictor called Slith. He was lovely. You would have liked him.

  1. He may well have been I still would not have liked him, I go for Dogs/cats/Donkeys/Cows/Horses well you get the picture

  2. Now you are getting silly, forget the wheels. I can’t even stand worms in the garden, when frogs jump past my feet in the garden it frightens the life out of me.

      1. Well you don’t want much do you? First I have to cover him in fur and then stick on legs at each end and wheels in the middle and now I have to sellotape his mouth up. What next?

    1. I’m just thinking of poor slith and what he’d have to go through. I’d have to teach him to walk on artificial limbs. He’d be all hot and uncomfortable in his glued on fur and now you don’t want him to speak. The poor thing.

      1. Of course he did. You just could not believe a word he said because he spoke with a forked tongue.

  3. Really? Is that YOU holding that sucker? I have to admit a couple of the pictures of the snake are really pretty. But they gross me out!

    1. I had a hold of all of them. They were all very friendly. I love reptiles and snakes can be very affectionate. They like people because they like the warmth. We used to have a six foot six boa.

      1. I think charming a six foot boa would be interesting. You’d need a very long pungi (that’s the instrument they charm them with).

  4. Slith of course spoke Slitherin with his forked tongue. You are full of surprises, Opher. I know this is an old post but one of the links on your recent posts brought me here out of curiosity. I enjoyed the stream of conversation just as much as the photos. The skin on that corn snake looks amazing.
