Why we have rightly had to resort to affirmative action!

Affirmative action has had to be brought in because the bias at work in job selection is so great that females and ethnic minorities of equal stature were not getting a look in.

Half the country is female. They are equally intelligent and capable as men. So why aren’t 50% of top positions held by females?

I tell you why – prejudice and bias.

The best person should get the job. 50% of the time that should be a woman.

Ethic minorities need a fair shake of the stick. Institution racism and prejudice has prevented them receiving equal consideration.

All that is required is a level playing ground. What we have is a fixed game.

It is time the rules were changed and job selection was made fair.

For far too long white males have had affirmative selection. That’s what needs doing away with.
