What beautiful photos – is this where you live and love now ?
This is five miles down the road Raili. We’re in a village. I’m glad you liked them.
I was just olooking at your bird photos. Nice place to go sgtrolling, not too far.
It can be quite busy in Summer. The sun was out and it was one of those crisp winter’s days. It is a lovely place though it has its grotty areas.
That second to the last pix is SO frameable! What exactly is the first picture of?
They are a series of beach huts overlooking the bay with the harbour and town to the left.
In Summer that bay would be covered with people. In January it is not quite so popular.
Strange light effect on the second to last as I took it (deliberately) into the sun and wanted that silhouette effect of the figure in the foreground.
Beach huts… Interesting. For staying overnight in?
No, not really. You hire them for the day or week and use them as a base. You can have a cup of tea and sit out. I suppose they are very English.
Sounds wonderful!!!
They are nice to hang out with the kids. You can sit and watch them play on the beach and sit in your deckchairs, read a book, sip tea and even heat up a meal. If it rains you can sit inside and play cards.
Just my kind of place. 🙂
I think you’d love it.
