Poetry – Don’t Tell Me

Don’t Tell Me

Don’t tell me your mixed messages.

Don’t give me your moonshot.

Don’t give me your oven-ready.

Don’t tell me you’re world-beating.

Don’t tell me about your track and trace.

Don’t tell me about your wonder App.

Don’t tell me it will be the easiest deal.

Don’t tell me about your £350 million.

Don’t tell me about Barnard Castle.

I’m sick of all your lies.
