Photography – Brimham Rocks – sculptured sandstone in beautiful shapes.
These rocks have held a fascination over the centuries. People are attracted to certain rocks, stones, trees and natural phenomena. They are thought to hold power.
I don’t know about that – but they certainly do fill you with a sense of awe and wonder.
I like photographing picturesque things. I took these shots:

You made me look up Brigham. In the UK, huh?
That’s right Bumba – but it’s Brimham. They have a long history – a lot of pagan festivals and witches!
Interesting stuff.
A very ancient and revered place. The rocks have magic (well so it is said).
First photo faces, left to right: an old person resting, a child laughing, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
Yes – I can see it!
I’m so glad! 😀
I can see dragons in clouds too!
Cloud watching is a marvel. The children’s bathroom at school has a huge, high window that is perfect for introducing children to cloud watching as they use the bathroom. It’s delightful.
I like to sit on a headland, on a cliff beside the sea, and watch the clouds. Delightful. What a gift to give children.
I feel exactly the same way!
excellent.
