Photography – Neolithic sites in Cornwall

When down in Cornwall we made our way round the Neolithic sites. I’m drawn to stones, trees, seas and ancient stone-circles and tombs. There’s some connection. It’s good to touch base with your ancestors once in a while!

Here’s a few photos.

  1. I am touched by all those things as well. In fact, a visit to the British Isles is the last thing on my bucket list. We’re supposed to take a cruise around there in 2017 when my husband retires, but I doubt we’ll get inland to see any of those sites. I’ve never seen the one that’s a circle with the hole in the middle of it. Where was that picture taken?

    1. That was in Cornwall. It is called Men-An-Tol. It is supposedly a fertility set of stones. You crawl through the centre stone. Very interesting.
