Bre aki ng the Rules

 

People are struggling –

Risking their lives,

Following the rules,

While those who wrote them

Flout them,

Treating us like fools.

 

If you have symptoms

You must stay indoors!

You have to do as you’re told!

Unless you’re called Cummings,

Then you can travel the country

And visit relatives who are old.

 

If you break the rules

You’ll be arrested and fined.

But if you break the rules you wrote

You don’t even have to resign.
