Shanghai was really interesting – old temples, modern buildings, history and modernity intermingled and friendly people. What more could you wish? Well some sunshine and less smog would be good!

Beautiful.
Cheers Richa
Wow, there is just so much to see there, we are thinking about planning a trip, investigating best areas to stay safely. Any insite?
I stayed with my daughter and we toured around. I always felt completely safe. People were friendly.
My two bits of advice;
I’d get out to one of the Water Towns like Zhujiajiao Water Town. Very interesting.
I’d take a week’s tour to Guilin – a magical place.
Ok, were working on the plans, so I’ll add that to the list of stuff we want to do while there.
Enjoy! It is a great place to visit. Guilin is the willow-pattern scenery! Incredible.
Were excited hoping to possibly finalize the airfare this week for march
You’ll love it. It is so different and such an exciting place (big though). We’ve been twice.
