We met up with friends for a few days walking, talking and drinking in the Dales! Great fun.

Day 1 – it rained! But what do expect? It wouldn’t be green if it wasn’t for the rain.

There seems to be a fertility tradition for young girls to swim in its icy waters! Glad it’s just girls! I wouldn’t last five seconds!

I’m leaving my body to medical science but it was worth a look. I quite liked the idea of the standing stones. I like standing stones – but the real ones not fabricated ones! Still……….. place looked quite nice and preferable to those graveyards. I like the idea of being recycled – perhaps Soylent Green is a possibility??
