That seems to sum it up. Those ideas like fluff in the wind, smoke in the sky, waft past and if you don’t nail them down they dissipate into the ether and are lost.
I do make sure my arms and hands are dry – hot bath wonderful scent of roses in the bath, romantic music, and the thoughts flow, there you go. You should try it.

Funnily enough I fell asleep in the bath one night last week I only woke when I heard David shouting at me “are you asleep in there” to which I replied when I woke “no of course not I’m listening to the music”, I had just completely nodded off – yes you could drown.
