Roy Harper cleared of charge on Indecent assault – Jury still out on the other charges.

Roy Harper has been cleared of indecently assaulting a sixteen year old girl.

Unfortunately the more serious charges of of rape and indecent assault of an underage girl are still being considered.

Hopefully they too will be thrown out soon.

Meanwhile the travesty continues. Fingers crossed.

  1. The acquittal verdict was unanimous which suggests to me, considering the length of time it took to reach that verdict, that a majority were favouring him and maybe 1 or 2 were for conviction although it could be the reverse on the other charges.
