We went for a walk around to see what we could find. There was a great deal of dust and bustle.

Inside the temple it was like a labyrinth. Everything ornately carved stonework. Alcoves full of people, statues and colourful carvings.

India is changing. Huge areas of slums are being cleared. A massive housing project is underway. India is on the up. Yet it is still held in religious superstition. There is still great poverty and a rudimentary rural economy.

Massive change is coming. You can smell it.
