They sing of the land of the free where billionaires hypnotise the masses and democracy wanes. Where Hitler is revered, the holocaust denied and racism rules.
The Confederacy fought a civil war in an attempt to keep their slaves and now that shame-ridden rag is raised as a rebel rallying call and racism is normalised.
This is the land where QANON and conspiracy rule; where experts are derided and immigrants like Musk and Murdock are the only acceptable people. Where Presidents build walls to keep immigrants out but it is OK to marry them.
This is the land of guns, hatred, division and conformity where patriotism is a weapon.
This is the land of superstition where education is suspect – who wants an educated, thinking populace – keep the minions dumb.
