All day we slid along the Straits of Magellan. The ice-capped mountains reached down to the sea. Giant Petrels with wingspans up to seven feet flew around the boat. There were glaciers pouring ice down the slopes.
For hours we travelled along a magnificent changing vista. So beautiful.
