The Incredible String Band really captured the mood of the sixties. They’ve been called psychedelic Folk. They certainly were extraordinary. Their poetic story-telling, beautiful melodies and musical proficiency created a magic whose spell still holds me. Philosophy and spirituality.
Stranger than that we’re alive.
I shall enjoy playing this album today. I think it was their best.
