P does not look at all well: bloated features, brittle manner.
I would not be at all surprised if he was very ill, of the limited time sort of ill. And so the urgency in making his territorial ie material, mark, perhaps.
No, I didn’t see that clip. I’ll have a look for it. I saw Putin with his cabinet. He looked a bit bloated to me. Maybe he is ill?? Or maybe his opulent lifestyle is getting to him?
