Life beside the Nile was different. It was the river of life. There was lots of birdlife. We had lunch overlooking this scene with a backdrop of a fabulous mosaic.
We first chugged around the islands before coming in to land. The birds were accustomed to people and we were able to walk among them. So exciting! I have never experienced anything like it. We were so close.
