It amazes me that the billionaires, who already have more money than they could possibly spend, are intent on robbing the poor to get even more.
Elon likes to play with his expensive toys and forever needs more cash. $38 billion in government grants and contracts isn’t nearly enough.
Don pretends to be down with the people while squatting on his gold throne in his mansion.
They are sacking people indiscriminately under the guise of draining the swamp while cutting taxes for the billionaires and donating lucrative multi-billion contracts to their ‘friends’ and supporters.
It’s chaos. A blizzard of Executive Orders. Who needs democracy when you can rule as a King without restraint? Throw enough into the air and people can’t see the corruption. So snuggle up to Putin, strangle Ukraine, genocide in Gaza, rape the national parks, take your foot of the brake with oil. World War 3, The Future? Who cares? Lots of money to be made.
Boris Johnson used to say that if you want to divert attention from what you are doing throw a dead cat on the table. Musk, Vance and Trump are dumping a truckload of rotting corpses on to their table.
