Why aren’t the BBC and other media Shrieking about the £15 Billion Tory Covid Corruption?

For me this shows the state of collusion between government and media!!  Why aren’t the BBC and all the other news media screaming about this? They are sure making a huge fuss about £1.5 billion Winter Fuel allowance!!
