When the moral right is on your side………
It seems perfectly reasonable for any presenter to put out their own views on anything political or social, even highly controversial, as long as that goes out as their own views, not the views of who they work for, and, in the case of BBC presenters, does not come out as bias on their own programmes (as with Fiona Bruce or Laura Kuensberg).
