      1. European courts never gave Jews a fair shake. So your definition of justices I too agree. Would add that the Talmud places responsibility on the lateral common-law courts to reach decisions which award “fair” compensation of damages that the guilty party inflicted upon the victim party. Its the 3rd day of Hannukah today.
