Until very recently, I would have objected to “disruptive” protests. But given the way the current bunch of criminals are treating us, I have withdrawn my objection. I would say, we should only seek to disrupt those that have disrupted us; not innocent people or passers-by.
The problem with demos is always the lunatic fringe who get in there to cause trouble. They always undermine the aim. I think that sometimes protest has to be disruptive though. Democracy needs protest – never has it been more necessary.
