This is a beautiful walk through Horse Dale up to the pub at Huggate. The Dale is beautiful and at the top you have great views over the countryside. It’s one of my favourites. There’s nowt better than a good pint at the end of a walk.
There is a stop-off near the top – a poet’s bench. They had a box with paper and pens. You could sit, take in the wonderful scenery, and compose a poem. Superb!!
