Brexit was thought up by the elite for a number of reasons:
Firstly it made a lot of elite people like Rees-Mogg, Farage and Merchant Bankers an awful lot of money. Rees-Mogg is reported to have made £3 Million out of Brexit.
Secondly, the EU was threatening to block tax loopholes and prevent the wealthy from stashing their money away in tax-evading off-shore havens. Rees-Mogg has stashed millions abroad.
Thirdly, it put the greedy elite in power so they could continue to protect their wealth and avoid taxes.
It was all a contrick. They knew that it would make us all poorer but it made them richer so they did not care.
