In order for democracy to work you either have to have complete balance or unbiased views. Unfortunately that is not the case. The media is strongly biased and feeds the electorate with undiluted propaganda and outright lies.
Without accurate, honest reporting there can be no democracy.

Fascinating to see the way those ‘anticommie’ Republicans are cosying up to Putin and Russia. Russia was always the commie enemy but now it’s NATO they dislike. They are prepared to leave Ukraine in the lurch and allow Russia to win and expand its influence. Pulling out or defunding NATO is the new agenda. They love this Russian hard man Putin.

This is a tyrant who rigs elections, bans opposition, locks up anybody who protests and controls the media. Putin uses murder, threats and fear to scare political opponents – sends them to Siberia and murders them.
This is a leader who uses the secret police, violence and lies to stifle opposition.
I’m beginning to see why the MAGA Republicans like him! Isn’t this exactly what Trump would do given half a chance?
Then there are the business interests, bribes and blackmail to consider. Have the Russians got tapes and videos of Trump with Russian prostitutes??
