I live in the UK. If three sleazy-looking lunatics showed themselves walking around like this they’d rapidly find themselves confronting armed police and either shot or handcuffed and taken into custody. Rightly so.
Who needs armed imbeciles roaming the streets with military grade armament?
Any religious maniac, sub-intelligent moron, terrorist or mentally ill, emotionally disturbed idiot could cause a mass shooting. How can this possibly be condoned?
