It’s been a year of mixed wonders.

The Upside – The blog hit new heights. My books have proved successful and are selling well. I have made many new friends. We, and our friends and family, are all well. We’re surviving Covid and looking forward to the world opening up!!

The Downside: Well as 2021 draws to a close I think we can all say GOOD RIDDANCE to many things.

It’s been another year of populist fear, Brexit chaos, right-wing extremism, environmental catastrophe and nationalistic isolationism.

GOOD RIDDANCE To TRUMP!!! GOOD RIDDANCE TO POPULISM!!! GOOD RIDDANCE TO LYING JOHNSON!!!
