This is the party that was formed by the wealthy to look after the interests of the wealthy. They view the needy and all public services as parasitical. Their only interest is in making money. They think that any penny not given to the wealthy is a penny wasted. They want the rich to invest and make more and more money and hope that some trickles down to the rest of us.
In practice most of the wealthy don’t invest here at all. They take their loot offshore. These are the same people who ran the factories and mines, lived in their country manors and were happy for their workforce to live in slums on starvation wages.
Tories have been slashing funding for Education, the NHS, local government, Dentists, courts, police and youth services. We are now living in the broken remains of a compassionate system that has been systematically deconstructed. They are a greedy, evil bunch of nasty uncaring people.
